An early 19th C. eight-sided candlestand with a nice surface. There is a break to one of the turnings and old repairs to the base and bottom, one of which was done with a Rumford Baking Powder tin.  It measures 27 1/2" high with a top that 16 1/2" by 18 1/2".

A late 19th C. or early 20th C. shaving mirror with nicely done carved and scalloped detailing.  It features a shelf, comb or razor holder and towel rack and measures 11" wide and 27 1/2" long.

A mid 19th C. grain painted blanket box with its original lock and key.  It also has three stacked tills, including a hidden one.  It measures 42 1/2" wide, 20 1/2" high and 18 1/4" deep.

A mid 19th C. grain painted blanket box with strong color, measuring 43 1/4" wide, 22 1/2" high and 17 1/2" deep.  It has very nice cutouts on the front and sides and never had a till.

A wonderful early 19th C. Sheraton style writing desk with mahogany veneer, 35" high, 30" wide and 17 3/4" deep.  Probably from the North Shore of Massachusetts or New Hampshire. The drawer pulls have been replaced and some very small areas of the mahogany veneer have also been replaced.

An early 19th C. pine blanket box with corner posts extending through the molding into square feet.  It has forged and square nail construction, replaced leather strap hinges and an interior till.  The front edge of the lid is curved in the maker's concession to a large knot in the wood.  It measures 20" high, 34 1/2" long and  19" deep and is a wonderful example of a home-made country piece.  Probably Northern New England or Canada.
