A pair of merganser decoys in excellent condition, signed by the well-known Massachusetts carver Byron E. Bruffee and dated 1976. They measure  15" long.

A fabulous and rare mid 19th C. sandpaper painting of the Mexican War, taken from an 1847 lithograph by Nathaniel Currier titled Naval Bombardment of Vera Cruz.  March 1847.  It shows a bombardment of the city by the Mosquito Fleet, which was under the command of Commodore Josiah Tatnall.  The two American flags are done in color and provide a rich contrast to the monochromatic tone.  The image measures 23" wide by 18" high.

A Norman Rockwell classic, titled 'Springtime in Stockbridge.'  It was purchased at the Norman Rockwell gallery in Stockbridge, MA in the 1970s and is signed in pencil in the lower right.  The image measures 30" x 14 1/4" and it does have some color loss due to exposure.
